Project Haystack is excited to announce that the Summer 2022 Connections Magazine is in development and is issuing a Call for Advertisers from the community that provides Haystack-compatible products and solutions around the world. It is scheduled to be published in December 2021. Connections Magazine, published bi-annually, documents how the Project Haystack community is applying or implementing the Haystack Tagging methodology in the building and facilities management industry. Facility owners, operators, managers and service companies recognize that a standardized approach to semantic data modeling is key to overcoming the hurdles related to effectively using the data produced by the built environment.
Today, we are proud to announce a new Associate Member company has joined the organization this past month. Please join us in welcoming Intellienergy Tech to our mission of expanding the standards for semantic modeling methodology and building on the tagging libraries for more and more applications. Intellienergy is based in Florence, Italy.

Join us for Haystack Connect, where technologists and executives from smart buildings, smart cities, and the IoT talk about the value of data for increased asset and energy efficiency. Together, we will elaborate on the challenges of seamless data access and interoperability and how Project Haystack standard provides a solution.
Haystack Connect serves as a technical milestone for the dozens of working groups showcasing the progress they have made on the standard over the past year, as well as a milestone for industry leaders to review the benefits provided to the industry as a whole.
The Project Haystack organizations is pleased to announce the publication of the January 2022 Connections Magazine! This issue of Connections Magazine reports on the latest activities submitted by the Project Haystack community from around the world, looking at how this community-driven, open-source standard is adding meaning to the vast amount of device data produced by smart devices. Project Haystack provides a comprehensive, open standard for semantic tagging of data that has been embraced worldwide. As the world moves towards becoming more and more data-driven, the theme of this issue is: Data. Our New Asset.
